Members of the Rural Liberian HealthCare and Development
Initiative, Inc. traveled to Liberia last (January
2009) on a fact finding mission to assess the healthcare and
education needs of the country. Their report emphasized the
dire need of Liberia’s hospitals, clinics and schools for
basic items and services. As a result of their report, RLHDI
will adopt a hospital/clinic to improve the services they
provide. See the article entitled “Liberia - Struggling to rebuild in 2009” written
by one of the member who traveled to Liberia.
Helping us now will strengthen the developing generation of children and prepare them to become responsible and caring citizens in the years to come.
